Return to Step 1: Submit a request to activate Thunderbolt.

Return to Step 2: Await a response and download Thunderbolt by Spaceship.

The last step to activate TBOLT is to submit the authorisation code and verify your device. This step allows users to access TBOLT without ever submitting a password, email address, or contact number. Thus, it is vital to submit the access code only here or directly to the domain manager.

If you have not downloaded Thunderbolt app, return to Step 2.

Open TBOLT app and follow steps to setup a new account.

When asked, enter name.domain.tld (from Step 1).
The TBOLT app

checks legitimacy of the domain/subdomain and
if successful, returns an authorisation code.

In the app, click the icon to copy the code (see image).

Paste the code in the box below.
Enter your contact and submit the code.

Return to the TBOLT app

Wait a few minutes then select ‘Verify’.
It could take a few minutes or up to 24 hours.
Selecting “Verify” AFTER the system is ready yields the verification page. Be patient and select “Verify” occasionally.
When asked, grant permission to use microphone, camera, and receive notifications.
Add photo and enter your name, or can complete later.

Connect with other Thunderbolt users by entering their specific domain name.
