Terms and Conditions

Our statements on terms & conditions, privacy, and cookies are brief.

I. Professional status must be verified through an existing member and/or website, CV, certificate(s), or diploma(s).

II. Membership reservation payment may be required before outgoing emails allowed.  

III. Accounts that become past due:

• placed on hold within 15 days;
• login access removed within 30 days;
• deleted within 60 days, unless Lifetime members;
• subject to local legal requirements.

IV. Any account suspected of spam will be suspended or deleted upon review by PPemail’s security team.  We will work with the account owner in good faith before deleting account.

V. Personal data received are deleted as soon as service is completed.  Some content is retained for historical purposes i.e., confirm lifetime membership, service request, etc..
